GLENN CLOSE JOINES DAKOTA FANNING'S CELEBRITY FAN CLUB
Softpedia, September 27, 2005
Glenn Close has recently talked about Dakota Fanning’s acting skills, after playing her mother in Rodrigo Garcia’s new film Nine Lives.

The 11-year-old star has been highly praised by other co-stars, including Denzel Washington, Kurt Russell and Tom Cruise, who all think she's one of the best actresses in Hollywood.

Glenn Close, 58, has recently joined Dakota's celebrity fan club.

"She's definitely an old soul. She's a precociously talented kid. She's not a diva. She's not one of these horrible monsters and hopefully she never will be", Close said.

"She seems to have level heads around her. She is very gifted and professional and not intimidated by the daunting aspect of all the technical stuff raging around you. She's one of those gifted people that come along every now and then", the actress added.

Glen Close, who will next be seen in Therese Raquin, has signed on to star in Sunset Boulevard (2006) as Norma Desmond and in Robert Altman’s Paint.
